What type of searches does studio BLOOM provide?
We offer exclusive retained searches for our clients. In simple terms, we are the sole recruiting agency working to fill your open position. Choosing to work with a retained search firm means unparalleled, white glove recruiting services. You are not just a number to us.
For firms that don’t have the budget for full scale recruiting or those that want to handle most of the process internally, we also now offer Collaborative Hiring Support as well as hiring resources and templates. Inquire to see what’s best for you.
Is there a guarantee period?
For full scale recruiting, we guarantee our placements for 90 days so if for any reason the candidate does not work out, a replacement search will ensue at no additional cost.
Why should I use studio BLOOM over an agency offering contingent search services?
In recruitment, confidentiality and discretion are critical. We are the ambassadors of your firm, so it's advisable to use one agency as you can control what image they portray of you. When working with multiple agencies, they do not focus so much on selling your brand because they are not working exclusively, and you are, unfortunately in most cases, just a number to them.
I’ve never worked with a recruiting firm. Can you provide a brief overview of your process?
We start with a brief discovery call to ensure we are a good fit. If we agree to proceed, we’ll send over our contract and invoice. Once those are taken care of, we will have a more in-depth strategy call where we will dive in to learn more about you, your firm, your goals, and the position. After that, we begin our magic! We will then present you with candidates we feel will help take your team to the next level, coordinate interviews, and field any questions in between. You then decide who you would like to proceed with, extend the offer and make a toast, because that was the easiest hiring experience you have ever had!
What is your communication style?
At Studio Bloom, we’re committed to being direct, open, and efficient. We believe in keeping the lines of communication open and reiterating intention along the way, to keep our actions and your intentions in line and on track. Confidentiality and discretion are critical in recruiting and this is one of our highest priorities.
